Tag Alias: ddd -> decoration_disorder_disconnection

Aliasing ddd -> decoration_disorder_disconnection.

Reason: DDD being the often used shorthand version of the franchise name.

Usually shortcuts are preceded by a /, so I used /ddd.

The reason why I asked for it is that people were using the ddd tag anyway, and it isn't ambiguous, so the alias would save the trouble of editing those posts manually.

It's more like umineko -> umineko_no_naku_koro_ni in that aspect.
