Incorrect eye color?

Should posts like this be tagged with error or alternate_color? Neither of these two tags really seems appropriate. The currently existing tag of alternate_eye_color only has three entries and no wiki so I do not know if that's the widely recognized tag for this sort of thing.

Error is more for things like two left feet, alternate color is for outfits, mostly. Alternate eye color is in line with the other alternate tags.

Sounds like it needs more because I'd classify eye color changes as artistic license, rather than an error.

Maybe some of these characters have colored contact lenses. Likely, very few artists are even thinking of CCL while drawing the eyes.
