Update to matchbooru

With some help from the admins re-familiarizing myself with the API, I've updated matchbooru to work with the current version of danbooru.

In a nutshell, matchbooru will scan a directory of files, and try to see if they exist on danbooru. If they do exist, it will ask you to rename the file based on the tags present on danbooru.

The most immediate and possibly only use for matchbooru is to rename a directory of saved 4chan images to filenames based off tags.

Should run on mono in linux out of the box.

It can be useful for renaming danbooru files too it seems. The most important thing I would add is some option to number the files, since multiple images can have the same tags. But this is pretty cool!
