Outright deletion of game CG images without sending through the mod queue

I have noticed that the janitor rantuyetmai has gone through a significant number of game CG images by the artist peko (that were parented to similar images) and deleted them without sending them through the mod queue. I'm not sure how many were actually worth keeping but there are potentially a few that have appreciable differences. They should have been reviewed by the mod queue as usual for images that are not extreme violations of the ToS (if not deleting duplicates is still policy as in forum #23321, then not even that really, barring noticeable artifacts). At the very least there needs to have been some discussion or "heads up" on the forum before this was done.

Rantuyetmai has been deleting a variety of duplicates for awhile now. I've appealed some but I'm not sure if they were or not.

We don't actively delete duplicates just for being duplicates, this is a well-established rule. All janitors/mods should stick to it.

The only issue is that there is no way to check by date or moderator, and Albert's automatic deletions clutter that thing up massively so trying to search for this is nearly impossible.
