Artists of the same name?

What should you do if you run into two different artists with the same exact name? There's already an artist entry for "Harapeko" (はらぺこ) at http://www4.ocn.ne.jp/%7Eharapeko/index.htm, but I'd like to create one for the Harapeko at http://harapekoweblog.blog53.fc2.com/ as well, since there's already a lot of his art up that's untagged. As far as I can tell, neither website gives the full name of the artist.

The general idea is add some qualifier to the end like this: artist_(blah). Blah could be the site name, the circle name, their Pixiv number, whatever. The idea is to create a unique tag.

The normal answer is artistname_(websitename) but since the website itself is simply Harapeko Weblog, uh...

However, looking at the first harapeko, I see: "ＨＮ　＞　六合ダイスケ（ろくごう・だいすけ）"

So it looks like that one can be changed to rokugou_daisuke, then harapeko is free for your other artist.
