Tag Alias: gif -> animated

Aliasing gif -> animated.

Reason: More accurately describes what we use the tag for, as not all gif files are animated. Then we can implicate animated_png to animated, so people can find all animations with one tag. (Except there's more than 4600 images under gif so the alias might break like the cap -> screencap one did.)

would it also help to make an animated_gif tag to differentiate those gifs that aren't animated and those that are? In addition to aliasing the animated ones to animated, of course.

We don't tag .jpeg and .png files, and non-animated .gif files wouldn't be any different.

You can find .gif files by searching for source:*.gif if they are correctly sourced. I don't think we have a filetype: metatag.

As we don't need gif for anything else, we can safely alias it to animated_gif and like you said, implicate animated for both animated_gif and _png.

animated_gif is showing up as blank for the moment.

Looks fine now, maybe it just took some time.

fast_gif should be fixed, too, though it currently only has nine things in it (so it could probably be done by hand.)

Aliased it to fast_animated_gif and implicated animated_gif.
