I only see her listed as Medusa on both English and Japanese Wikipedia. I've seen the anime, but not read the manga. What source are you using for this?
Shes listed as "Medusa_Gorgon" according to the soul eater wikia; In the manga of Soul Eater, in Volume 12, page 29, her name is listed as "Medusa GORGON" in her prison cell.
