tentacle_hair -> prehensile_hair
I'm thinking there should be some kind of clarification/correlation between or fusion of these tags, because there seems to be a bit of confusion between them with the influx of shinryaku!_ikamusume art. Relevant posts that use these tags all seem to have one or the other, which offers no clear terms of usage in this situation.

Yeah, for example post #774184 is tentacle hair but not prehensile.
The wiki post on prehensile_hair states "Hair that is capable of movements by thought[...]" rather than hair that is actively doing something. Since tentacles are prehensile by nature, shouldn't this fall under that category?
I can see where you're coming from, but I don't entirely agree with it. For the time being, I'll at least clean things up according to "actively being prehensile".
E: tentacle_hair should imply tentacles
I would think that prehensile_hair would be more for 'actual' hair; "Tentacle hair" is more "tentacles in place of/in the function of hair".

At first reading I agree, but I do think it can be a bit hard to distinguish this. Perhaps the distinguishing feature is that the hair is formed into discrete 'tubes' for lack of a better term, far wider than a single hair and not able to intermingle like real hair would.
But that's a distinction difficult to make without knowing the original work.
