Artist Pixiv page from a bad ID?

Say we've got a picture who's Pixiv link goes to a bad ID. Could be a bad link, but most likely the image on the Pixiv page got deleted by the artist.

Problem is, in many cases the artist wiki on Danbooru was never completed, leaving the only information being the image (or few) that lead to a bad ID.

My question is, should the Pixiv artist page still exist, is there a way to use the bad ID to discover it?

If you shove the image through saucenao you may or may not be able to get the artist's display name and search it through the artist search on pixiv. I haven't tried but it's sound in theory.

Unfortunately, the artist page it linked to was also dead, but hey, good for future reference.

That picture is tagged with an artist here which also has a wiki so it's not exactly hard to find. Not that there's anything left to be found on it besides his favorites though.

Use this greasemonkey script that translates most of the interface and a few tags.

Not perfect, but makes browsing pixiv much easier.
