The source for this post is http://img02.pixiv.net/img/mukr/11292192.jpg?1276555664. This somehow caused the dupe detector to fail, as it is a duplicate of post #689703, whose source is the same except it doesn't have "?1276555664". (A quick check shows that the MD5 hashes for both files are different.) In addition to possibly letting dupes through, it thwarts the source redirect, always making it http://www.pixiv.net/member_illust.php?mode=medium&illust_id= which of course leads to an error page.
Why does this happen? Is there something that can be done about it on an administrative level? Should I just remove the ?[numbers] from the URL whenever I see it? etc.
