it's the android that looks like Frankenstein in dragon_ball
some people know him by these two names.
not to be confused with hacchan the octopus guy from one piece (who hasn't been tagged once here)
also, this may sound silly, but I think hatchan would rather be called this name (given to him by his first friend goku) rather than the soulless android_8 name that the red_ribbon gave him

android_8 is better because it's not as ambiguous and go along with the other android_# character names from DB. "Hacchan" and "Hatchan" are the same and are just different ways of romanizing ハッチャン (I believe the former would be preferred romanization here). It's a nickname, though, and is the case with micchan and others, it's better to use a full name for the character than an ambiguous nickname.
The one piece octopus guy is in a single deleted post, post #409870, actually.
I see...we could do like hatchan_(dragon_ball) hacchan_(one_piece), but I guess it's too much trouble if the romanization is the same.
well how about hacchi -> hatchan for the octopus
