create alias sex_toy_replacing_penis -> ghost_penis

i made this tag a few months ago with the best name i could come up for it, but today i learned that another term for it already exists because /r/ghostpenis is a subreddit

I can see the logic for the name given the context here, but honestly it sounds like some paranormal erotic shenanigans. I don't think it's a good rename.

Too close to invisible penis. The only place this seems to be used is some random fetish subreddit.
