create alias ooyama_mayuri -> ohyama_mayuri

@tonightisyamada, tags that are this old (10 years!) should not be moved manually, they should be BUR'd like this.

Don't forget to revert the changes when people do something like this. I've reverted the wiki and tag moves.

FWIW: Shirabe Narumi was also manually moved to Narumi Shirabe, which I also reverted.

In my opinion, the card illustration read "MAYURI OHYAMA," so I tried to match that.

FWIW: Shirabe Narumi was also manually moved to Narumi Shirabe, which I also reverted.

That character's full name is "Last name: Narumi First name: Shirabe"　（鳴海　調）.
So I thought "Narumi_Shirabe" is correct and "Shirabe_Narumi" is incorrect.

I don't disagree, my only problem is that you shouldn't be moving old character tags by hand like this.
