remove alias septum_piercing -> nose_ring
It's weird that septum and nostril piercings are grouped together as one tag. Septum piercings are one of the most common piercings, but they don't get their own tag? Septums usually have rings, but not always, and nose_ring could also refer to a nostril piercing with a ring instead. I'm a bit iffy on the usefulness of nose_ring as a tag, honestly. It could easily be depreciated and/or split into septum_ring and nostril_ring, but that can get figured out after this first BUR gets approved.
