Sometimes I get a little overwhelmed by all the tags I don't know and worried I'm missing when I upload an image. Is there a site or a program that does anything like "auto tag" an image or anything like that?

No, at best you can see "AI tags" by viewing the image from assests like asset #19794138 but you'll notice it's still not 100% accurate. There is no "autotagger."
You can always ask in topic #12251 for pointers or if you're not sure if there's a tag for something

If you’re genuinely concerned about tagging, here are a few tips:
It may also help you to create a method or order for tagging. For example, I start with copy and character tags, then # of boys and girls, then I go from head to toe, then I tag body position (standing, sitting, lying, etc.) and scope (portrait, cowboy shot, full body, etc.), then setting and details, and finish with meta tags. If you can break an image down like that, it's easier to keep track of what tags you still need to add.

- Check the AI tags — they can give you an idea of what’s in the image and what you might have missed. (Don’t rely on them too much. They’re not very accurate.)
- If it’s not an original, and features a specific character, you can look up that character’s tag, find a few similar images, and see what tags others used.
- You can use topic #12251, where people can help you identify the right tag.
- Use tagme — but don’t overuse it. Only apply it when you know there’s something missing but you’re not sure what exactly.

ai tags require some additional setup to enable - see about:custom css style, apply the "show the ai-tags column" style and you'll start seeing them below the post tag input.
while it does reliably tag the basics most of the time, you are expected to double check the tags it gives against the image to make sure. it will also oftentimes miss more niche tags, so while it's a helpful crutch, don't rely solely on it.
