image_in_*_bubble -> *_bubble

create implication image_in_thought_bubble -> thought_bubble
create implication image_in_speech_bubble -> speech_bubble

Images in a thing necessarily mean the thing exists.

I feel like these should be renamed to spoken_* to match our other tags.

spoken_image as a tagname feels wrong.

Besides those already mentioned above, these tags get used on all kind of stuff that we already have existing spoken_* tags for, such as spoken exclamation mark, spoken heart, spoken food, spoken character, spoken object and so on due to their ambiguity. I feel like it's better to deprecate these in favor of more specific spoken_* tags.
