His name is actually written with the 某 in a circle, which is approximated on the wiki by using brackets.

Aye, but we don't use non-ASCII characters in tags, save for the lone ⑨.

Just sayin' I don't see the need for the brackets since they aren't actually any in his name, just makes it harder to type and looks like a modifier.
