total size of Danbooru

Just curious but how much space does all the content of the site currently take up?

As mentioned in forum #16251, images alone are over 130GB. Or were when it was current.

Which, for the lazy, is a little over 205 GB. Surprisingly small, really; sort of makes me want to go buy an external HD and back up Danbooru.

he can always delete the files of deleted post.
They are >50000 files, in size 20GB
Are about 3 months of posts

Hard drive space is, in the grand scheme of things, not a particularly major issue.

No kidding. A terabyte hard drive costs under $100 these days, and they're only going to get cheaper and higher-capacity.

Yes but the quality?
In any case I agree. The space is not a problem.

You're going to need 10k RPM drives to get good performance, and those are pretty expensive.

Uh. You didn't answer the question either. The question was, how did JGPTB determine that the approximately 575819 files stored amounted to approximately 220300414990 bytes?
