Bipper implications

Bipper is the name of Dipper Pines when he's possessed by Bill Cipher. Currently, the tag doesn't implicate either character, but it should probably imply one or both. I'm not sure how to deal with one tag that refers to two characters, though. Should Bipper implicate both Dipper Pines and Bill Cipher or just Dipper Pines?
