While puttering around trying to find images I have that haven't been uploaded, I've noticed that the Azumanga Daioh tags are a mess.
For example, there's a tag for Yomi and Mizuhara Koyomi... Nyamo and Kurosawa Minamo, and Kagura, Sakaki, Kaorin don't have their full names in tags while others do.
I guess we can make Yomi and Nyamo links to their full names like with Osaka?
I'd go in and do them all individually, but I figured it'd be easier for somebody with a privileged account who can do mass edits. This is the first time I think I've seen a group like this so I figured I'd bring it into light.

True. Maybe we should remove it from Kurosawa Minamo, then? At least the tag.... not many other characters have their full name and nickname for each picture representation, if any at all...

Some older shows still are. I've corrected a large number bt never actually got around to Azumanga.

Right but... they don't have full names. So they have to be as is, heh. Kimura and Chihiro, for example, don't have full names either.

Yes, and you can get rid of the single name. I recommend a tag script like 'mizuhara_koyomi -yomi' to apply the full and remove the given-only if possible.

Well, it's a matter of doing the mass edit right and not taking anything legit off along the way. When I did Aria and Clannad, I just did it all manually.
You know, while I'm at it... Albert, I read through some of the documentation but might have read the wrong parts.
Can you use the conditionals on mass edit? I tried how I thought it would be but it didn't bring any up.
Then I was about to do "azumanga_daioh osaka" to "kazuga_ayumu -osaka" and remembered (before doing it thankfully) it would wipe out the azumanga_daioh tags too.
So can you mass edit "[if azumanga_daioh osaka]" to the second 'then' part of it, "[, kasuga_ayumu -osaka]" or something?
Or is that only for tag scripts? Scripts are so fast I've never actually tried a conditional mass edit before.
I'm just going to do them manually for now, it won't take long at all.

Ah... I'm still a bit new and I've maybe gone through about a third of my favorite shows. It was just the first I ran into like that...

I completely forgot about that...I haven't seen the show in years. And to think that I was going nuts that I couldn't remember their last names...

Hmm. I guess if I see more like that in the future I'll just have to make a note to fix them if I have time and nobody doesn't go and do it anyway.
Oh, so I just realized osaka is aliases to kasuga_ayumu... Hmm. Generally I'd be against that, but I don't know that osaka is ever actually used for anything other than the character.
Is there a way to do a conditional alias, Albert? Only alias osaka to kasuga_ayumu if the azumanga_daioh tag is present?
Edit: IchiMashi, I just did Yomi (mizuhara_koyomi), and Nyamo (kurosawa_minamo). Chiyo (mihama_chiyo) too but there was only like one that needed to be fixed. Yukari and Tomo had no problems.
I think the Azumanga tags are actually in pretty good shape otherwise. Can you think of any characters that are still in wrong? In terms of names I mean, I didn't look at every single image to make sure it was fully tagged or anything.
