BUR #45386 has been rejected.

create implication striped_overalls -> overalls
create implication striped_overalls -> striped_clothes
create implication vertical-striped_overalls -> overalls
create implication vertical-striped_overalls -> vertical-striped_clothes
create implication print_overalls -> overalls

Missing implications. I think regular striped_* should be used for the default horizontal striped things.

Nobody's gonna follow that: vertical-striped_overalls striped_overalls. But I also don't think it's very useful to have this kind of distinction right now when striped overalls is so small.
