But seriously,
This one seems to be going quite fast because it already has its own subreddit (https://www.reddit.com/r/bookboobs/)
and a Twitter fanpage (https://x.com/Boobsinbook) that seems to be trying to shove some NFT bullshit into it.
And it looks like the term "boobs in book" is sticking pretty well (https://x.com/search?q=%22boobs%20in%20book%22&src=typed_query)

So for now I'd say go with the flow and tag with boobs_in_book_(meme)
