It seems that [https://xfolio.jp/] is widely used by those who prefer not to have their AI-generated illustrations used for learning purposes. Danbooru also supported this at one point, but it appears to be unsupported again now.
P.S.
Regarding uploading to Danbooru, there’s this tool:
Upload to Danbooru: https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/upload-to-danbooru/faoifiojjmdkjpgkjpikkjdfocdjjpla?hl=ja&gl=JP
I was wondering if it might be possible to use something like OpenAI to automatically generate and input tags to some extent when using this tool. I’d be so grateful for any insights or suggestions you might have—thank you kindly in advance!

I'm a little confused by what you're trying to say/ask. At any rate, AI-generated images are against the upload rules, so if the artwork is AI-generated it will be deleted. Otherwise if an artist wants their artwork removed they need to file a DMCA request. Danbooru itself doesn't actively contribute uploaded artworks to AI learning networks, see the contact page.

Despite the confusing wording, they're asking if there's a way to have the Upload to Danbooru extension communicate with OpenAI so that it can auto-generate and input tags to some extent when using the extension.

And the answer is no.
