those appear to convey the same concept, more or less. ear sex is technically more broad, as it also allows non-penetrative forms of stimulation, but given the low popularity, i do not think such distinction is necessary

There are some (albeit very disgusting) examples of parasitism that have particularly nothing to do with arousal or stimulation of the target, so I'm hesitant to equate an appendage in the ear to ear sex. post #7369000 is not in any way sexual, being part of just a shock guro manga (pool #20078). The second BUR may hold water but the other two have considerably shaky premises that don't seem appropriate to go through with.

i suppose there are indeed instances of non-erotic ear insertions... i was about to propose ear_(insertion,sex) -> ear_penetration, but then again, not every instance of ear_sex is inherently penetrative, as one might as well be simply stimulating the auricle without putting anything into the ear canal, like post #5843709

what a conundrum...

edit: and now, i also found the eargasm tag, that is yet another difficulty in tagging ear-related pornography

i have now looked closer at our current wiki definitions, and to summarize:

• eargasm - a person receives sexual pleasure through having their ear(s) stimulated
• ear sex - a person receives sexual pleasure through using someone else's ear(s)
• neither eargasm or ear sex require the stimulation to come from penetration, but they do allow it
• ear insertion - no wiki definition present, though current usage technically covers both sexual and non-sexual instances
• tentacle in ear - the current wiki definition was written by me to allow making the BUR, and it states that it is a form of ear sex. however, as WRS explained, this might not be the correct course

this is rather complicated of a web of tag interactions, but it indeed appears that simplifying it through implications and aliases may be inappropriate
