Downvoting on the premise that Nightreign has yet to introduce anything substantial worth tagging separately from Elden Ring besides maybe Gladius (one of the current available night lords in the network test) - too early to consider an implication. I think it's just best to leave it as a standalone tag and then we can figure out when the game has susbtantially more content whether or not it's worth keeping the dedicated separate tag or having Elden Ring perform double-duty for Nightreign as well.
