Upload limit and reset time?

so far i figure i can upload 16 posts in a day.
but today when i went to it, it said "you can only upload 7 posts today."
i uploaded 16 posts yesterday, but today i could only upload 7!?
oh and I was wondering, at what time does the upload limit reset (in PST)?

You get to upload again based on 24 hours after each image. You'll get your first upload back at the same time the next day you uploaded the first image, and the 16th upload back at the same time the next day you uploaded the 16th image.
