Take a gander at post #91707, post #514885, and post #500662.
You'll notice that each posts contains the choker tag. But, I was thinking that maybe the tag "neck_ribbon" -- or even "ribbon_around_neck" -- would be more appropriate, since I've seen a lot of images with this trait.
And me, being the ribbon fiend I am, would absolutely love to be able to search for these types of images. Especially considering the fact we already have hair_ribbon and tail_ribbon.
