Cropped head and Head only

While reading the wiki for cropped head I saw that some uploads are tagged for what should be headless. I then noticed, that we also have head only, for what cropped head is supposed to be. Generally the cropped_head tag is kinda useless when we have those other two tags right there. But as we already have a lot cropped_* tags, I think simply nuking and deprecating it isn't sufficient. For example, I forgot how the head only tag is called, which is why I used the cropped tag.
Should there be another name for head_only. Or should cropped_head maybe be aliased to head_only?

I prefer the cropped head tag for consistency. Head only seems overly restrictive not including necks and all. But either way is fine I don’t think we need both.

In addition to headless pictures, some people seem to have mistaken cropped head as head out of frame (usually partially so, so the head itself is 'cropped') like with post #6184064.
I think head only is the more intuitive tag, though at some point we can't accommodate every tagger who fails to read wikis.
