rename Wen Hai Lee -> Lee Wen Hai

rename wen_hai_lee -> lee_wen_hai

Character from Ryuu ga Gotoku 0. Name is written surname first in Japanese and Chinese and only written as given name first in English versions.
Not sure if it should be Li Wenhai instead.

If we're going with correct romanization over official, might as well just go all the way through and use Li Wenhai.

Support for primary BUR because it's the English localization/romanization with the right name order, which matches existing tags kiryu kazuma, majima goro, dojima daigo, etc.

No support for alternate BUR. You would likely also need to "fix" characters like "kiryuu kazuma", "majima gorou", and "doujima daigo" at the same time, given how we romanize things. The only difference here is that "li wenhai" is Chinese. Even then, I'm not sure I would like it.

Let's make it more consistent first, rather than less.

The wiki gives 李 文海/リー・ウェンハイ, and given that the latter is katakana, normally the correct romanization would be the original language's version (li wenhai).

However, a google search for "li wenhai" will show that nobody actually refers to this character with that. A google search for "li wenhai" + yakuza returns 11 results for me, so it makes sense to use the most common romanization.
