Tag Alias: water_hose -> hose

Aliasing water_hose -> hose.

Reason: The hose wiki states that you shouldn't use the tag for pantyhose. Should water_hose alias to hose to reinforce this? The water_hose tag did have about three posts in it before I made this thread (which I already changed to hose).

I thought we were looking for ~20 posts in a tag before considering aliases. For only two or three posts, I'd just edit them.
