Tag implication: nendoroid -> figure?

-1 vote. Not all of the images in the nendoroid tag are actual figures.

Neutral vote here. Some of those pictures may not be of actual Nendoroid figurines, but they're all clearly meant to be in the style of/inspiration for said figurines.

Neutral vote too. Most of them are either the real figures or trying very specifically to look like ones. But then there's stuff like post #210479, which is only tagged nendroid because, at least for Saber (haven't looked into Rin and Sakura), it mimics the style of a nendroid figure.

Actually, though I'm not certain, I think that one (and other Tiger's Dojo scenes in Fate/Stay Night) inspired the Good Smile company to make Nendoroids in their likeness. So it's kinda the other way around.

Yeah, that's what I thought too. It would make more sense, anyway - why would there be figures of f/sn out before the game itself?

I was thinking more about the doll joint and draw art based on figures when I thought of this.

But it is understandable why it wouldn't be a good idea.

Yeah, I figure there are few enough nendroid posts that it can be a job for manual tag maintenance rather than an implication.
