@Artxe - No; post #5600639 already has a valid artstation source, and post #1139354 has obvious visual differences.
post #7195915 with asset #12413016 According to ascii2d, this asset's md5 matches but the present post md5 doesn't.

The posted image is a cover (which fantia always reencodes), as opposed to linked image from the actual post.
Found the larger version, the one on the site has a smaller resolution compared to the one below. post #9186120 asset #25597809
