Reason: One of those very common English names (even included in opening title) that I'd assume most people would search for first. If I wasn't aware of the light novel long before the anime came out thanks to fan translations, I wouldn't know what to search for. Obviously "Little Girl's Record of War" just doesn't roll off the tongue.
