[REJECTED] Tag alias: bright_background -> backlighting

tag alias #15871 bright_background -> backlighting has been rejected.

Reason: Following the naming pattern of the tags: "blurry background", "simple background", and "[color] background", many people may assume backlighting is instead called "bright background" (which doesn't exist).

In other words by making "bright background" imply "backlighting" more people will be able to find the tag they want.
