Pool "I Will Never See This The Same Way Again" seems bugged on post 1759981

Posted under Bugs & Features

In the past there was a bug where sometimes posts could be incompletely added to or removed from a pool. The bug itself has been fixed, but some posts still remain in an inconsistent state.

Here is a list of bugged posts: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1zn0lLl4dunrYFG0SanoO_IQf8EeWBYNYhgifcaP_hJk/edit?usp=sharing.

For each post, someone needs to look at the post and decide whether it belongs in the pool. Bugged posts can be fixed by tagging them with pool:<pool_id> to add them to the pool, or -pool:<pool_id> to remove them. If it's a series pool, you may have to reorder the pool to make sure the post is in the right order.

Help fixing these would be appreciated.

The -pool:<pool_id> tag by itself does not appear to solve the problem. When I tried using it on post #1759981 there was no apparent change; the post was still in pool limbo. Only after using pool:4642 to re-add the post was -pool:4642 able to fully remove it.

Should people make a note in that googledoc when they correct a post?

You can just add "Y" or "N" to the "add_to_pool" column to indicate whether the post should be added or removed from the pool.

I have a script that can take everything from the doc and fix any posts that are marked. I've already fixed the ones that are currently marked. In a few days I'll make another pass.
