user #586597 has been going around vandalizing notes. In particular, the user added a lot of unnecessary 'TN notes' (of the 9gag meme variety) to several posts, in particular in Ebiblue's Gesugao Shipgirls series and Yua's Fleet Journal series.

User 586597 also doesn't understand Japanese, so he also mistakenly 'corrects' posts like post #2754951, where assumed 'het' is a typo for 'here'. Of course, this is far less of a serious issue compared to the 'meme translations'.
I get the impression that this user is trying to help, and some of his notes changes are indeed helpful (minor typo fixes, resizing of note boxes), but overall he does more harm than help, and a significant chunk of his 'notes' are unequivocally note vandalism. Still, I argue for leniency and I think someone leaving a polite DM and a negative/neutral record should suffice. I'll do it myself, but I'm still pissed off after having to fix some of his changes (post #3222629 in particular was a pain), not to mention that this is a pet peeve of mine, so I can't count myself to be diplomatic.
