mass update twisted_neck -> -twisted_neck
From what i can tell there are 2 types of images it's added to:
- when the neck is unusually drawn as twisted - like with twisted torso,
- when the character has a turned head and, is just looking to the side or back regularly
There are also a few misstagged broken necks, but i'll be cleaning those up.
There are pretty few uses for the tag in the 1st type, and it could be easily just be replaced by bad anatomy.
The bulk of the tag's population is in the 2nd type.
This seems like a very useless tag to me, we might as well start tagging head bent upwards, head twisted to the left etc.
Most of them also can be covered by the "looking" and "facing" tag categories anyway.
If we do want to use this tag, we should properly tag every image where it applies, aprox 177.000 images.
I'd suggest we remove the tag entirely, way too common and unnecessary.
