Removing tags for some fate characters

Could we remove Heroine X from pictures of Heroine x alter if she isnt in the picture? Everytime i look for Heroine X its flooded with X Alter which is annoying. Same for Caster being with Caster Lily tho it isnt many. Its just annoying is all

The mysterious heroine x (alter) -> mysterious heroine x implication was removed in forum #133936 but the posts were never cleaned up.
