Literally, it's transparent and nothing else. That's it, and it wasn't approve. Why, I'm still new to this website and have already read the rules. But I still don't comprehend everything.

There are some things looking wrong here.
Howto:upload
More specifically, it has no source and it is transparent and looks therefore like a 3rd-party edit: help:Third-Party Edit.
The image per se is probably ok, but we can't be sure whether the post has been altered by you or not. I recommend to source your post if you have gotten this directly from the artist's pages. If you have edited it, then it will probably never be approved.

Judging by the fact that the two other deleted children in that post family are also third-party edits uploaded by you, I can assume this one is as well. In addition, the transparency was done poorly, so this is definitely not an artist self-edit.

We do not condone the majority of third-party edits on this site. There are a few exceptions and some posts that still exist from before this rule was implemented, but in general, they are frowned-upon and will not be approved. I would suggest reading through the wiki articles linked above as well as help:Image Source before attempting any further uploads. Danbooru isn't an image-dump; we have a standard of quality that you're expected to meet in order for your posts to stick around here.
