heart_tail: The wiki states (and I agree with it) that this should not be used for tails with heart-shaped tips (which is covered by demon_tail). The only time both should be tagged is when the demon tail is also bent in the shape of a heart like post #1147330. I don't think there was a forum discussion on this though, so making sure this is agreed before I do any further cleanup of the tag.

Agreed.

Provence, the heart_tail tag is for the distinct bent tails. There are various demon tail tips, from hearts to arrows to spikes to playing card symbols to... It's still a demon tail.

"What is is for" is pretty a non-reason when it wasn't discussed before :P. Still, there is a heart somewhere found by these tails.
Or we create a heart-shaped_tail tag, since the tail (at the end) has the shape of a heart and there is quite a good amount of this kind of tail.

How can this only be covered by demon_tail when there are also arrow-shaped demon tails, like post #2374494?

Still pretty close in shape, so I don't really think it's necessary to have more specific tags. But if we are going to have a tag for specifically heart-shaped tips, it needs to be something other than "heart tail" which is an entirely different concept.

Well, I made a proposal above your post with heart-shaped_tail^^.

I don't think there's a pressing need to distinguish the tips of demon tails, but if we do "heart-shaped_tail" seems too close to heart tail. What about "heart-shaped_tip", which if needed can also be branched out into "arrow-shaped_tip" or "spade-shaped_tip" or whatever other flavour of demon tail might exist. Alternatively, "heart-shaped_tail-tip" sounds really awkward but is at least very unambiguous.

bondage_outfit: Is an empty wiki page but this tag finds some usage from time to time.
Anyone an idea what an appropriate content would be?

Since those can have all sorts of looks maybe something general:

Generally skimpy and often shiny outfit usually made out of leather or latex.

Add wiki entries for games that are typical art collecting games presented as a CCG/TCG with RPG upgrades and a basic RPG battle system or sometimes a puzzle based battle system not including games without some card collecting element as they have limited art and they mostly copy existing characters like blatant copying.

Already existing entries include age_of_ishtaria, divine_girls, eigou_no_venus_gear, falkyrie_no_monshou, fantasica, galaxy_saga, gensou_no_minerva_knights, junketsu_duelion, legend_of_the_cryptids, makai_touitsu_chaos_blade, moriah_saga, senjou_no_electro_girl, sid_story, shingeki_no_bahamut, shinkai_no_valkyrie, shinki_kakusei_melty_maiden, soccer_spirits, sword_girls, venus_blade, etc.

Games that are card games that are mobile card games that have no tag or wiki entry that could have further potential posts:

Angel Master
HellFire: The Summoning
Kemono Collection
MonTowers, MonTowers 2
Spirit Stones
Tale Seeker

And many more one could stumble across under related images in Google Images including those still unreleased in the US but there are so many they all start to blend together anyhow.

Until we actually have posts from any of the copyrights you listed, there's no need to create wiki entries for them. As the wiki writing guide states: "Do not make entries for characters or copyrights that don't have any posts."

Question about bare_shoulder and bare_arms (same for barefoot and bare legs):
Are these tags mutually exclusive for one character because the feet and the shoulders are part of the legs and arms.
So...there are images where I used both tags, like in post #2407334. Feels off to tag it with bare shoulders when the whole arm is exposed. And if we have a girl wearing a bikini then all four tags are being used. Isn't that a bit too much considering the feet and shoulders are part of the whole arm or leg.

Why would they be exclusive? The wiki entry on bare_arms states "Use this tag when at least 3/4 of the upper arms until the middle of the forearms are not covered by clothings." So a bare arm mustn't imply a bare shoulder.

Using all those bare_* tags on swimsuit images seems fine. When a user just wants to search for images containing bare arms and shoulders he would also expect to receive swimsuit images. That said, the bare_arms tag seems to be rarely used.

Because the shoulder is part of the arm. I don't know why you're thinking that there has to be a implication.
Like this:
Detached sleeves + sleeveless shirt -> bare shoulder
Short sleeves + nothing that covers the arms -> bare arms
Sleeveless shirt only creates two tags: Bare shoulders and bare arms.

But isn't bare shoulders obsolete in this case because it's already covered with bare arms^^.

Nah, the shoulder connects the arm to the torso. :P
And don't get me wrong here. I wasn't referring to a Danbooru style implication.

I know that's nitpicking, but please take a look at post #2002351.
