Tag for head tilting upward

Is there any tag for the head tilting upwards?

looking_up is the closest I know of, but it seems people count a level head with eyes looking upward.

Though, if the perspective was from above but the head was level with the image, it would still be looking up.

In that case the head would still be tilted upward in reference to the body; OP doesn't define which reference to use.
