Dollar sign and yen symbol

Should they both be "sign" or both be "symbol", for the sake of consistency?

Eh, dollar symbol and yen sign both sound wrong. (yen sign less so I suppose.)

If one of them needs to be changed, I'd say yen_symbol -> yen_sign. The latter's more common than the former according to Google, while "dollar symbol" is an order of magnitude less common than "dollar sign". I don't really think it's that important, though.

There seems to be (only!) one tagged occasion of pound_sign. The same image features an untagged euro sign, too.
