I kind of disagree with this implication. Images like post #410913 don't really make me think so much that she's a chibi, as she's just more of a kid.
One of the arguments that was also brought up about making the whole chibi_miku tag was that there supposedly is a growing amount of fanart as well. If there is fanart, there is no guarantee that the other artists have to depict Chibi Miku as an actual chibi.
But... She is a chibi. I mean, for one, she has chibi in her name. And, if it's fanart, how would you know it's Chibi_Miku if it's not even a chibi? Besides being small, what distinguishes her from Hatsune_Miku?

Eh, it could happen. Context and artist comments could tell us, for one.
I'd rather people just add the chibi tag manually when needed.
