Merging Overwatch 1 and Overwatch 2 into Overwatch

BUR #56005 has been approved by @nonamethanks.

create implication d.va_(legacy)_(overwatch) -> d.va_(overwatch)
create implication d.va_(default)_(overwatch) -> d.va_(overwatch)
create alias d.va_(legacy)_(overwatch) -> classic_d.va
remove alias d.va_(legacy)_(overwatch) -> classic_d.va
rename d.va_(default)_(overwatch) -> overwatch_2_d.va

If we don't change the tag format, then these have to be changed correspondingly. Logically speaking, the Overwatch 2 one should be nuked because it's now the new default, and doing d.va_(overwatch) -*d.va should give you her Overwatch 2 appearance, but that can be decided afterward.

Leveraging both the pre- and post-patch names, I'm going with just "Classic" for D.Va and "Overwatch 2" for her default. The use of the latter for her current appearance would highlight the fact that it only exists because it is an Overwatch 2 default, thereby stymying the creation of overarching "default" costume tags for Overwatch. For the former, it just looks cleaner than overwatch_classic_d.va.
