The Twitter post links to the image URL, but the URL isn't hosted on Twitter itself, which is why I used the direct link as the source and put the Twitter URL in the commentary (though this results in bad_link being added automatically). See topic #36268 for more information.
A little context: PayPal is going around terminating artists accounts that do lewd commissions, etc. Most likely due to the credit/debit card companies being assholes and dictating what we can and can't spend money on.
The ruling on Federal Reserve Proposal R-1884 (discouraging banks from using "reputational risk" as an excuse from refusing to do business with people) can't come soon enough.
