That way, there is an implication that the Nikke-verse has developed their own laws for business practices. As a result, Enikk can make it legally binding to fire & replace Syuen. I read that Missilis going under will screw Arc, so maybe it can operate under a very short-term joint venture between Tetra Line & Elysion until they find a new CEO. That way, the idea of Syuen becoming converted into a Nikke becomes more plausible, causing her to be stressed out, and beg for forgiveness as she slaves for the protagonist's success. Once Syuen finds out Enikk was acting arbitrarily for the sake of "carrot & stick" practices, she is gonna make life hard to say the least.
