Looking at his default art, Chongyue does seem to have a gauntlet covering his left hand. It's hard to see but wheb you zoom on it, it is noticeably darker than the skin of his lower atms.
If you are throwing these heavy claims into the comment section for no apparent reason, at the very least include a source. The fact that both the artist's Twitter and VK are currently in lockdown is a red flag, but we do need a bit more info than that.
