I hate being a naysayers but I feel like something's off with this piece.
I 100% agree. The ribbons, the flowers, the neck band's knot/ribbon are all weirdly deformed and are not consistent at all, and her sarong has weird gaps and don't make sense.
Where Datenshi states "It's not that I won't, but that I can't", from her music video. (She's an angel who's afraid of flying.)
Takaoka-sensei from Assassination Classroom replies "It's not 'I can't', but rather 'I will'" (from a scene in vol 5, ch 39 after beating up a student for saying he can't do something).
Apparently, the threat worked and lead to the happy end in post #7498675 .
Added the no freckles tag (which I didn't realize existed until right this second) - Mahiru normally has them on her face, but this gorgeous, perfect art of her doesn't have them.
