The commentary and artist tags indicate that this picture is meant to celebrate her being introduced to the upcoming Fate/Grand Order Kara no Kyoukai rerun event, but since nothing in the picture itself shows that I won't put it into the Wow That Was Fast pool.

Also turns out she's actually got REALLY good skills and stats for attacking. IIRC, better than Tomoe's even.
