A major character from the game Dispatch, a former superhero turned employee of the SDN.

Due to side effects of his powers, he's an elderly-looking dark-skinned man with short white dreadlocks and a mustache giving him a great resemblance to Albert Einstein. As Trackstar his superhero costume was a red bodysuit with blue highlights, blue gloves and a red motorcycle helmet.
